Fast - 1

Dinner tonight with Odile, William, Myriam, with/at Momo’s. I anticipate a real delight since this is the first time Maurice has invited us over to dine.

It’s good timing since tomorrow I plan to start a fast for some days - detox and head-clearing (too). I’d appreciate your comments, ideas, support.

    the detoxication of taking a bath is popular in japan now and it’s one of my favorite things right now. there are lots of kind of powders pouring into a bath which leads us to have a good sweat like do good excercise.
